Updating Your DHL Account
Please contact Gaylynne Anglin at (501) 686-6132 if you need
to make changes to your DHL account.
The following are
some examples of changes that you may need to make at some point in
time:
Grant Accounts or Cost Center changes:
If your department charges shipments to grant accounts, you
will need to contact Gaylynne Anglin
as soon as your grant expires so that
the old number can be deleted out of the DHL system and the new
one
added. Cost centers can be added or deleted as
needed.
Departing employees/New employees:
If you have an employee that leaves your department and had a
DHL login, you must contact our office
so that the employee’s user ID can be
removed from the system. If the employee had a personal
login,
this is a fairly simple procedure, as the login only affects that
user. However, if the departing employee used
a generic
login and password also used by others in your area, the department may choose
to reset the information
and provide the remaining users with another login
and password. While this is not required, it is highly
recommended to
protect the security of the DHL account.
When a new employee is hired and needs access to DHL Webship,
we will be happy to set them up a login,
just email gvanglin@uams.edu with
the user’s name, phone number and an email address. Please
provide
the DHL account number they will be using.
