Surplus Patient Care Equipment for Sale The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is offering the patient care equipment listed below for sale as authorized by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Marketing and Redistribution. This equipment has been designated as surplus equipment. Our sale procedures require offering the equipment for sale by bids. The bids are to be submitted in writing. Letters or emails will be accepted. Bids must be obtained by UAMS Property Services PRIOR to the Open Bid Date. Bids received on or after the Open Bid Date will not be accepted. The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and UAMS Property Services accept no responsibility for bids which are mishandled, misrouted or delayed in any manner.UAMS Property Services reserves the right to determine which bid will win the award. Determination of the winning bid may include the consideration of terms besides payment, such as shipment terms. Payment shall be by check payable to: State of Arkansas Marketing and Redistribution.
